Annbiance & Design Refund Policy

At Annbiance & Design we attach great importance to clear agreements and protecting the interests of both our customers and ourselves. In this refund policy we inform you about our rules regarding the refund and return of products and the compensation of our services (package fee).

Package fee
The package fee that you pay for our services (such as interior design, design, guidance or project management) is based on a personal and tailor-made approach. Once the agreement has been concluded and the work has started, the package fee is considered final. There will be no refund of this package fee, regardless of whether you decide to terminate the project or the collaboration in the meantime.

Products
Annbiance & Design buys, manufactures and delivers products that have been carefully selected and specifically tailored to your personal situation and wishes. These products are ordered, manufactured or designed especially for you. Given this custom-made character and the personal nature of these products, they cannot be returned or refunded. This also applies to products that have already been delivered or have been ordered.

Exceptions and legal rights
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights, such as the right to repair or replacement in the event of defective or incorrectly supplied products in accordance with applicable law.
